3D archery adventure course
in Uxbridge, Ontario
Anchor Archery non-profit ministry of Youth Unlimited. Our goal is to serve youth from low-income housing by bringing them into the green space of our farm/archery range. At the range we teach them safety and skill regarding archery. From that point we facilitate a 3D competition which allows them to implement the lessons we have practiced together. Furthermore, while shooting the course, we unpack a short tack of questions that allow us to facilitate conversation about goal setting, character, faith, etc. We do not charge these young people or their families for these events
We also host groups outside of this demographic who pay a fee which goes to help offset the cost of bringing up youth from the first demographic.
- For $45 ($40 with own equipment) we offer a 3 hour 3D archery adventure. We host groups of 7 people or less to enjoy a morning or afternoon of a “golf-styled” archery completion. Experience or equipment are not required.
- We do not sell equipment on site. We can repair minor bow issues. We recommend Easthill Outdoors for equipment and help from their archery Pro shop. Also, for further training with archery and hunting you can visit Buckeye Firearms Training
- Our course has 12 stages dispersed over 10 acres of land. It takes about 3 hours to shoot. All of the stages have multiple distances to shoot from. Each stage has a foam animal target that is an Ontario native species.
